Farm appraisal is the core of our practice: row-crop and pasture farms, poultry and livestock operations, timber and hunting tracts, and rural homes on acreage. We consider tillable, pasture and wooded acres, soils, frontage, access, water, flood zones, improvements such as barns, bins and fencing, and mineral rights. Scott D.
