When do I need a boundary survey in Kentucky?
Common reasons include buying or selling land, dividing a tract, building a fence or structure near a line, resolving a dispute with a neighbor, lender or title requirements, and old deeds that describe corners with trees, stones or adjoining owners that no longer exist. A licensed Kentucky professional land surveyor locates and marks the corners and prepares a plat. Surveys we coordinate are performed by Bailey Surveys, Inc.
